, the Senate version of the unnecessary revision and reauthorization of IDEA, may come to the floor this week, so to any lost and confused readers who wander by: WRITE YOUR SENATORS! Especially if you've had legal dealings with the school district: Sen. Gregg is apparently going to introduce an amendment that would cap attorneys' fees, which would limit parents' ability to bring lawsuits. Because we already have so much power as it is, and we just love bringing frivolous lawsuits, so clearly this is a necessary deterrent. Meanwhile school districts have their own lawyers.
