Okay, ENOUGH with the $150,000 for the Palins (and with four kids to dress--what with Track being oversees fighting God's war--one husband, and one supposed future son-in-law, it's seven people, not just Palin). Yes, it was too much money. Yes, they kind of skirted the law with the money for it. But honest to Betsy, this is uncomfortably close to all the fuss people made about Hillary Clinton's cleavage, cankles, etc. We are still way too focused on women's appearance, even in a @#$ presidential election. Irony of course is that a big part of the appeal for the Republican handler, I'm sure, was the fact that she's attractive. Double-edged sword.

While I love discussing clothing (and have looked at some of the slideshows), really, Schadenfreude isn't a nice emotion. I don't like hounds baying in either party. I'm glad Obama is staying away from this non-story.
