I did notice, as I was reading Evidence of Harm, that I was spending lots of time rooting for people like Dan Burton, blech, but w/the exception of Ted Kennedy, who has a long family history of concern for disability rights, I'm not seeing too much liberal interest (except when it became clear that Dick Armey had sneaked the Eli Lilly provision into the Homeland Security bill).
