Well, let's see what mayhem blogger commits with my post this time.

Last night we did our usual round of Gutstein, Saxon, et al. Our Idiot School District (TM) scheduled a sixteen-day midwinter recess, stretching from last Sunday until January 5. Even my kid's preschool didn't give us that long a break. We've scheduled enough activities, etc., and I don't have it that bad, but an acquaintance with a severely impaired daughter is not relishing the prospect of that many days at home: no good for her or her child.
